  • 1. The Promotion

  • This offer provides a discount of up to 10% off the Base Rental Rate on qualifying rentals at participating locations in the United States and Canada. Base Rental Rate means time-and-mileage charges only and excludes all taxes, tax reimbursements, fees, surcharges, airport or concession charges, location service charges, one-way charges, optional products and services, insurance/protection products, accessories, and any other additional amounts. The actual discount available may vary by location, vehicle category, booking date, rental dates, and availability.

  • 2. Booking and Travel Windows

  • Reservations must be booked between 20 April and 19 July 2026.
  • The offer applies to rentals with a scheduled pick-up date between 1 June 2026 and 19 July 2026, inclusive. Rentals must commence within this period to qualify.

  • 3. Application of Discount and Exclusions

  • This offer applies to eligible reservations booked on a Pay Online or Pay at Collection basis, as offered through the applicable booking channel.
  • Offer is valid only at participating locations in the United States and Canada and is subject to vehicle availability at the time of booking. Certain vehicle groups, including speciality, luxury, premium, and large-capacity vehicles, may be excluded.
  • The discount does not apply to taxes, fees, surcharges, airport or concession charges, local charges, one-way charges, optional extras, refuelling charges, additional driver charges, young driver surcharges, toll-related charges, or insurance/protection products, all of which remain the responsibility of the renter.

  • 4. Eligibility and Rental Requirements

  • This promotion is available exclusively to residents of the United Kingdom. The renter must meet the rental requirements which can be found in the Terms & Conditions link in this site’s footer.

  • 5. Operational Conditions

  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, coupon, corporate rate, contracted rate, membership discount, promotional offer, or special programme unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • This offer cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings or to completed rentals.
  • Any amendment to a confirmed reservation may result in the loss of the promotional rate, and the reservation may be repriced at the rates in effect at the time of the change.
  • Any change that moves the pick-up date outside the promotional period will result in the discount no longer applying.
  • Bookings remain subject to the cancellation, no-show, amendment, payment, and refund terms presented at the time of booking and under the standard rental terms applicable to the selected rate type.
  • Availability may be limited during peak travel periods.

  • 6. General

  • This offer has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is void where prohibited by law.
  • Budget reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer in the event of fraud, abuse, technical error, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any such change will not affect reservations already confirmed, except where correction of an obvious error is required.
  • All rentals are subject to the standard rental terms and conditions of the rental country, state, province, and pick-up location.
