Complaints - Leaseurope

We want you to be happy with your rental but we know that sometimes things go wrong. We take customer service seriously and commit to dealing with complaints fairly and thoroughly.

We are a member of the European Car Rental Conciliation Service (ECRCS). The ECRCS independently reviews disputes with no additional cost to you. If you make a complaint and are unhappy with our final response you can ask us to refer your dispute to the ECRCS. Please note: referrals must come directly from Budget Rent a Car, following our investigation of the original complaint. Leaseurope will not accept referrals directly from customers who have not gone through the full Budget escalation process.
