1) I have lost my Loyalty Programme Claim Form. Where can I get another one from?

2) Can I claim at any time?

Yes. All qualifying rentals must have taken place within a 12 month period. (the first day of the earliest rental indicates the start of the 12 month period)


3) I have been to my overseas property 3 times so far this year and each time I have rented a Budget car for a week (7 days). How many FREE days do I get?

This accumulates to 3 weeks.
7 days * 3 = 21 TOTAL number of days rented.
Get One free day for every 5 days claimed = 21/5 = 4
You have, therefore, accumulated 4 FREE days.
You can either complete the Claim Form now or wait until the end of the 12 month period. It's up to you.


4) I have just been over to my property for 2 weeks (14 days) and have, therefore, accumulated 2 FREE days. However, as this was 14 days, I am only one day short of getting another FREE day. What can I do?

You can either claim now and get 2 FREE days or wait until you have more rental days to claim. As rental days accumulate it might be better to wait and get more.


5) I have just booked my first Budget car rental for a 2 week trip next month. Can I claim my 2 FREE days off of this trip now?

No. Claims are made after the rental has taken place. In order to make a claim, you must submit the original Rental Agreement which you will receive at time of rental. Once the claim has been processed, you will receive a voucher which entitles you to claim FREE days off of your next rental at that same location.


6) I have rented from your service agent in Spain. Can I still claim my FREE days?

Yes, our service agent in Spain is part of the Go Overseas programme. Please note that the FREE rental day(s) must be claimed against a minimum 3-day rental period.


7) I have rented in the US. Can I still claim my FREE days?

Yes - however you cannot use the online claim process. Please submit your original Rental Agreements which you will receive at time of rental. Once the claim has been processed, you will receive a voucher which entitles you to claim FREE days off of your next rental at that same location. Please note that the free rental day(s) must be used as part payment towards a longer rental period and/or a higher car group. A maximum of 7 free rental days can be used on any one rental. Any consecutive rentals using free rental days require a 5 day minimum rental period.


8) How long will it take for my FREE days voucher to come through?

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for the FREE days voucher to come through to ensure that it arrives in time for your trip.
